The Tapeswitch family of companies celebrate 50 years of innovative design and solutions in sensing, switching, control and safety technologies.

From it’s conception in 1957, the original Tapeswitch company, based in New York USA, went from strength to strength to become a market leader in their field. In 1986 the company was bought by Henry M.Rowan, chairman of privately held Rowan Technologies Inc.

Tapeswitch is now a global family with offices in Japan, Canada, USA, Germany and the United Kingdom with a comprehensive distributor network throughout Europe.
