Overview

HaloProtect™ asset protection system for scissor lifts to
minimise damage to assets during contact events and provide operator protection crushing or entrapment through machine movements. If contact is made in either drive or elevate function the ribbon switches inside the bumper activate and brings the machine to an immediate stop.

Operator Secondary Guarding (Overwatch)

HaloProtect™ provides a secondary guarding system for MEWP operators utilising a LIDAR sensor mounted on the side of the control box, monitoring the operators position relative to the controls and in use algorithms to perform a machine cut out to protect the operator. This system is called Overwatch.
